Loot Lister terms

Your eBay account

Loot Lister works with US eBay accounts only. You're responsible for what's listed on your eBay account, for following eBay's rules, and for checking any listing you have Loot Lister hold for review before you post it.

Plans and renewal

A plan is a monthly or yearly subscription. It renews automatically at its price at the end of each month or year until you cancel it. Cancel anytime in You > Plan, or for a plan bought in the App Store or Google Play, in that store's subscription settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Deleting your account cancels a card plan but not a store plan.

Credits

Credits pay for AI work as it happens: a listing uses 2 credits, or 8 with Extra effort. A plan adds its credits each month. A credit pack adds 200 credits once. Plan and pack credits last 3 months, and the ones closest to running out are used first.

Credits used on an item aren't refunded if you delete it or choose not to list it, because the AI work is already done. If an item can't list because of a Loot Lister or eBay error, its credits come back.

Items eBay doesn't allow

Loot Lister can't be used to list anything eBay bans (see eBay's prohibited and restricted items policy). When Mimic sees one, the app says so before you feed it. If you feed it anyway, it isn't listed and its credits aren't refunded. Trying to get a banned item past Mimic, for example by renaming it, can get the account closed.

Fair use

Using Loot Lister to try to make its AI ignore its rules, or to post misleading or prohibited listings, uses that item's credits without refund and can get the account closed. If you think Mimic got it wrong, you can ask for a review, and approved items get their credits back.

Teams

A team member lists to the owner's eBay account with the owner's credits. The owner chooses what each member may do and can remove them at any time.
